- Minimum age for participants is: 7 years old for passenger/tandem ride 12 years old for self-driving (subject to operator policy)
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with serious medical conditions such as heart problems, epilepsy, severe back pain, or other conditions that may be affected by off-road activities.
- All participants must wear safety equipment provided by the operator throughout the activity.
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The operator is not responsible for lost, damaged, or wet personal items during the adventure.
- UTV routes and track conditions may change depending on weather, safety, or operational considerations.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations, delays, or route modifications caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic, or force majeure.
- Participants are expected to behave responsibly and follow the guide’s instructions at all times during the activity.
- Any damage caused by reckless driving, negligence, or violation of safety rules may become the responsibility of the participant.
- Insurance coverage is included according to the local operator’s terms and policy.
- Hotel transfer is not included unless specifically stated in the booking details.
- Photo and video documentation services may be available with additional charges.
- Participants are recommended to bring: Change of clothes, Comfortable footwear, Sunscreen, Waterproof bag for valuables
