- Participants must be at least 7 years old for tandem rides and 12 years old for single rides.
- All participants are required to follow safety instructions provided by the ATV instructor and guide during the activity.
- The activity is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with serious heart conditions, back problems, epilepsy, or other serious medical conditions.
- Participants must wear safety equipment provided by the operator during the ATV ride.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the activity.
- The ATV track and route may change depending on weather conditions, safety considerations, or operational requirements.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations, delays, or route changes caused by bad weather, natural conditions, traffic, or force majeure.
- Participants joining the activity are considered physically fit and able to participate in off-road adventure activities.
- Insurance coverage is included according to the local operator’s policy and terms.
- Hotel transfer is not included in this package unless stated otherwise.
- Photo and video documentation may be available with additional charge.
- Participants are advised to bring: Change of clothes, Comfortable footwear, Sunscreen, Waterproof bag for valuables
- Damage caused by reckless riding or failure to follow instructions may become the responsibility of the participant.
