Pick-up Information

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
• The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
• Please refrain from being late on your scheduled pick up time as you may not be able to catch the sunrise. In case that happens, the operator will not be held responsible

Pickup Time

• 1:30am at: Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Tanjung Benoa, Canggu Area
• 1:45am - 2am at: Kuta, Seminyak, Legian and Sanur Area
• 2:30am - 2:45am at Ubud Area
• An additional surcharge will apply if your hotel is located outside of the mentioned service areas above, to be paid directly to the driver.
