Pick Up Information

• Arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time
• The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
• Complimentary pickup locations: Padangbai, Ubud, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Sanur, Denpasar, Canggu, and Seminyak.
• Drop off - return will be at the same point as pickup location.
• Please select your hotel’s name and address/maps as well as your contact details at the checkout page!

Additional information

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity
• For safety purposes, it is not recommended for women more than 0 months pregnant.
• Not recommended for children aged 0-5
• Anyone that has persons with disabilities, persons with asthma as well as other serious medical conditions are not allowed to participate in this activity
• This is join in snorkeling activity with other participants (1 boat carries up to 20-passengers and guided by 2-snorkeling guides)
• First AID kit available on the boat
• Photo or video documentation is available on CD for the optional add-on. Your guide assists in recording you. Please note that one CD can only accommodate groups of 1-3
