Things You Need To Know:

• Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed in your voucher email
• Free hotel return transfers in covered areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Sanur
• Pick-up and drop-off in remote areas, such as Uluwatu, Pecatu, Canggu, and Ubud, are subject to an additional charge of IDR 100,000 per group
• You need to bring a hat, sunscreen, bathing suit, change of clothes, a towel, comfortable footwear (shoes or sandals), and Motion sickness relief (if required).

Cancellation Policy

– If you need to amend your booking, it should be done at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

– If you cancel the tour at least 24 hours before the departure date, no cancellation fee will apply

– If you cancel less than 24 hours before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
